005 2012 117 Cross Street northeast corner
View showing the street sign and northeast corner of the house at 117 Cross Street in West Quincy, MA. This is the house that was built by William Cashman in 1890 and housed his family until after his and his wife's deaths in 1918 and 1925 respectively. In January of 1891 it was considered the most modern house in West Quincy because it contained all the latest improvements: electric lights, steam heat, tubs and bathrooms. Until about 1911, this address was known as 41 Cross Street.
